In 2002, Lankwitzer entered the Chinese market, through years of continuous development, technological innovation, and mergers and acquisitions, has now become an international industrial coatings company.

Sanhe Lankwitzer Industry Coating Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. In 2010, Lankwitzer established its first production base in Sanhe, Hebei Province, and in 2019, it established a second production base in Chuzhou, Anhui Province. Currently, it has over 200 outstanding employees and multiple advanced invention patents (ZL201110119579.X; ZL201210530658.4; ZL201610919296.6; ZL201910523931.2; ZL201910687937.3; ZL202210238789.9).

2002-2008

Lankwitzer established the first China sales office in Beijing in 2002.
Lankwitzer (Beijing) Coating Technology Co., Ltd., the first joint venture in China was established in 2005.
More sales and technical service offices was established in Changchun, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, Changzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Changsha and Shenzhen.
2008-2018

Sanhe Lankwitzer Industry Coating Co., Ltd., the second joint venture in China was established in 2008.
The first production plant and R&D center were established in Yanjiao Hi-tech zone of Langfang city, Hebei province in 2010.
The main business has covered railway, automobile wheels and auto parts.
2018-Today

Strategic investors were introduced and acquired equity shares of Lankwitzer Germany in JVs.
Strengthen independent R&D capabilities by hiring local technical experts and enlarging laboratories.
Quanjiao Lankwitzer Industry Coating Co. Ltd., the second production plant and second R&D center was constructured in 2019 in Chuzhou city, Anhui province with 10,000tons capacity, it will start production in 2021.
Quanjiao Lankwitzer start trial production in October 2021.
Quanjiao Lankwitzer go into operation in 2022.
Sanhe Lankwitzer was recognized as National“Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative (SRDI) Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" in 2022.
Sanhe Lankwitzer was recognized as "“Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative (SRDI) Leader Enterprise" in Hebei Province in 2023.
Sanhe Lankwitzer has been awarded as Hebei Manufacturing Champion Enterprise in 2023.
