Quanjiao Lankwitzer Industrial Coating Co., Ltd. is the second intelligent high-performance industrial coating production line invested in by Sanhe Lankwitzer.

Since the trial production in September, new employees have gradually joined the company. In order to improve communication between old and new employees, integrate new employees into the team, arouse team passion, improve organizational cohesion and team morale, the company decided to hold a team building activity.

On November 14, 2021, it was a clear and cloudless autumn day. More than 60 new and old employees of the company took two buses to Chuzhou Jiu Tian Feng Resort.

All employees were divided into four teams to carry out five group projects, namely "Precise Placement", "Drumming and Ball Spinning", "Invincible Forest", "Fast 60 Seconds", "Team River Crossing", to test and promote the ability of cooperation, trust, division of labor, discipline and consistency among members, as well as competition and cooperation between teams.

At the end of the event, each team achieved good results.
