On June 28, 2021, at noon, as an important infrastructure support project for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, the first train of the Shaoxing Metro Line 1 Keqiao section made its departure. It signifies Shaoxing’s entry into the subway era. 

Shaoxing Line 1 has accelerated the progress for the 2022 Asian Games and the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development.

Shaoxing Line 1 is a cooperative project between Lankwitzer and Hebei Beijing Railway (HBR). Lankwitzer has provided water-based paint and eco-friendly paint for its complete vehicle.
